My father Sydney Aldridge served with the Sherwood Foresters regiment and was captured on 24/5/1940 at Calais. He was then sent to Stalag VIIIB where he spent the rest of the war until he was forced to endure the “Long March”. If Mr Brian Spenser who has written about his father would contact me regarding a copy of the map and document, I would be most obliged.
