I was just browsing your site looking for my Grandfather who was in Stalag VIIIB/Stalag 344.  His name doesn’t appear on your list and I thought you might be interested in adding him.

Bevis was my father. The service number has the prefix VX not VH for enlistment in Victoria Australia. He had lived in Australia since 1925.
I have taken the details from the book “The Second Eighth – A History of the 2/8th Australian Infantry Battalion” from the section my father wrote for the book.
