Clarkson and Blowfield escaped from PG106 and went to Collabiano where they stayed for approximately for 1 week They left by bus for Fiana del Ponte where they had been promised food and a guide to escort them to Switzerland. Neither was forthcoming so after 3 days, they went to Graglia where they remained until OCT 44.
