From June Clifford 07.08.2023

I purchased the seven cards written in German from the National Archives
Which lists the date of 31 May 1940 that Dad had his left forearm amputated.

I sent for the Attestation from the ICRC which list his POW camps and dates.

I purchased the war diary of the 2nd Field Regiment, RA for May 1940

I have a Secret document from findmypast that lists the wounded of the Royal
Artillery listing Dad as wounded and POW between 10.5/16.6.40

I have a Christmas Card from Lamsdorf in 1941

I also have a cross stitched case that lists the places Dad was transported to as a POW.

I have requested from the National Archives his full army service records
