My father, Frederick Edmund Consalvez, was in Lamsdorf and escaped in winter 1944. He had been captured twice, escaping both times, was a Royal Engineer Sapper, and lived out his days helping Czech partisans until D-Day.

I have some details from the German records for him at Lamsdorf, but like to share his details, connect with living people who might have known him, and support your website.

If you’d like some more information, just let me know.

Great site, and we are all grateful for you putting the work in.
