My father William Ernest Dowell NX1242 from Sydney Australia was in Stalag VIIIB after being captured on Crete in May 1941.
POW number 5580, Working Party E330. He was a Sergeant in A Company 2/2 Battalion 2nd AIF. I would be grateful if you would add his name to the prisoners of war list.

Dad was born on 14th July 1917 and passed away on 5th May 2002.
