Just to let you know, my grandfather was held at Lamsdorf from 1940 – 1945. his name is Hilton Kingswell, and he was a Royal Marine. If you could update the list of names, I’d be very grateful

My grandfather was captured on Crete and held at Stalag VIIIB from 41 to 45. I wondered if anyone recognised the name. He died in 1979, and I’m just trying to piece together some of what happened to him.
