I have just scanned your list of names and can add a further one. We believe that my late father-in-law was a prisoner there from 1941 to 1945. His details were:

Private Snowdon Thompson, Army No. 4386729, 6th Bn., The Green Howards.

Captured, with shoulder injury, by Panzers on 24th May 1940.

PoW No. 161. At Lamsdorf from early 1941 (via Stalags VB, VID (Dortmund) and XXIA (Schildberg)) to 1945. Initial correspondence gives Stalag VIIIB. The route of release is not known but his date of liberation is given as 18th May 1945.

Discharged 18th January 1946 and died in Manchester on 29th April 1966.
