My wife has just asked me through her mother to see if I can find any information about her uncle now deceased that was in Stalag VIIIB. His name was Harry Warn. He was taken prisoner in Crete, and marched through Italy to the camp. He suffered kidney damage from the butt of a rifle, and if it was not for a German doctor tending to him, would probably have died. The later years he worked at Princetown prison.
