My father Tom (not Thomas) Arthur Wood, was a POW in Stalag VIIIB. I have his tag (number 21790) and photos and I would like his name added to your website.

He did not talk too much about it, only that he was marched there in winter and was put to work (E224 Jogsdorf (Jakubčovice nad Odrou) stone quarry) and he saw a church built below ground in a mine. He came home from Lamsdorf in a very poor condition so my mother told me, he lived until 67 years of age but never lived in the past. Thank you for adding his name. I am not sure if it is something he would want, but they all need us to remember them.
