I have just discovered that my much loved uncle, my mother’s brother, Arthur Youngson, was a Prisoner of War at Lamsdorf.   He was in the Australian Imperial Forces. I was shocked to find where he was held and amazed and thankful that he must have been one of the lucky ones who survived the Long March. So many revelations that answer quite a few questions about him.
